How does BeaverFix work?

Choose a service, compare vetted local jobbers by rate and reviews, and book a time slot. The jobber confirms, does the work, and you pay BeaverFix afterwards by e-Transfer or PayPal. We pay the jobber.

Are jobbers background-checked?

Every jobber submits government ID and, for licensed trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), their licence and insurance. Our team reviews each one manually before the profile goes live.

What does it cost?

Each jobber lists an hourly rate you see before booking. There is no booking fee for customers. HST is added to the invoice.

When do I pay?

After the job is marked complete you receive an invoice. Pay by Interac e-Transfer or PayPal within 7 days. No cash on site.

What if something goes wrong?

Open a dispute from the booking page. A BeaverFix team member reviews the messages, photos and invoice and resolves it — including partial or full refunds where warranted.
